Some of the greatest places to visit in the cold weather of February would be the ones which receive plenty of sunshine. There are many places in the world which receive high levels of sunshine all year round but their winter season receives just the right amount of sunshine to make the trip enjoyable, fun loving and relaxing. Some great places to visit in February are enlisted below.

Most people are attracted towards sandy beaches which receive plenty of sunshine. Rio de Janeiro in Brazil would be one such place, as it is famous for its colourful sandy beaches. The place is filled with tourists all year round. But, particularly in January when the northern parts of the world are covered in snow, Brazil receives a lot of tourists seeking sunshine on its sandy beaches.

The Arab Emirates is a great place to visit in February. Almost all of the islands here offer different tourist attractions which are popular throughout the world. Among them, Dubai is one of the most famous places receiving thousands of tourists all year round, and offering many attractions which include indoor skiing, shopping centres, and water parks. Over the years, Dubai has become particularly famous for its shopping malls, restaurants, and hotels.

The 22 Greek islands also make a great tourist spot. If travelling and excursion is your passion then these islands are a must see for you. These islands offer many attractions, affordable accommodations, and inexpensive but delicious dining experiences. The wind mills in Mykonos Island is one of the favourite spots for tourists as they remind you of the days in past when windmills were used to generate power. There are many historical buildings and landmarks on these islands which are a must see for anyone interested in the history of the world.

Malaysia is a wonderful country to spend ones holidays, particularly in the winter season. There are a lot of trendy attractions in Malaysia in which stretches of sandy beaches which get plenty of sunshine are the greatest. Local cuisine is one of the favourites for the westerners because of their rich taste and high spices.

Hawaii islands are perfect for those who like to spend time in the water. Water sports are a speciality of these islands. Every year, thousands of tourists from across the world holiday on the island for the amazing experience of surfing, parasailing, and scuba diving. The sea marine life of the area is simply overwhelming. A lot of visitors come to these islands merely to take pleasure in the sea and endless sandy beaches which get plenty of sea waves and sunshine.

Singapore tourism industry has also done very well in the past. The underwater tunnel and the monorail are two of the major sights to see in Singapore. Every year, a lot of tourists vacation on the tiny country to take pleasure in a cool and clean environment full of greenery and marine life.

Cuba is also a great option for holidays. The ambience and setting is ideal for relaxation and recreation, particularly for those searching for wonderful architecture, amazing scenery and large sea waves to invigorate their senses. Fishing and sailing are two of the major attractions for all sightseers in Cuba. Inexpensive dining and lodgings make Cuba the finest place to go to in the month of February.
